Wut im Ohr – Digital Campaign

People suffering from Misophonia, a selective sound disorder, are not able to stand certain noises, which other people don‘t even recognize. Due to this trigger noises sufferers develop hardly controllable and extreme emotions of rage or disgust. They often get into conflicts with people who produce this triggers because of their emotions.

The design shows the special character of Misophonia: the auditory triggers as a kind of disruption. These auditory disruptions have been transformed into visual disruptions or glitches by deconstructing and distorting typographic elements.

The visual glitches form part of the branding and show up on all visual content, e. g. as animations and interactive elements.
